Instructions for activating call forwarding/transfer services 

To use the services of Long Distance Call Forwarding and FVN Voice Mail, you’ll need to subscribecall forwarding/transfer services from your service provider. If you are a Rogers customer, most likely this service is already available on your account. If you do nothave this service, please consult with your service provider. 

1. Rogers & Fido Customers - GSM Service 

Call Forward (all calls)

To activate:     * 21 * [area code and phone number] # SEND

To cancel:        # 21 # SEND

To reactivate: * 21 * SEND

Status:                         * # 21 # SEND

 

Busy/ No Answer Transfer (includes busy, no reply & out of reach

To activate:     * 004 * [area code and phone number] # SEND

To cancel:        # 004 # SEND

To reactivate: * 004 # SEND

Status:                         * # 004 # SEND

 

Busy Transfer

To activate:     * 67 * [area code and phone number] # SEND

To cancel:        # 67 # SEND

To reactivate: * 67 * SEND

Status:                         * # 67 # SEND

 

2. Rogers Customers - TDMA Service 

Call Forward (all calls)

To activate:     * 21 * [area code and phone number] # SEND

To cancel:        # 21 # SEND

 

Busy Transfer *

To activate:     * 67 * [area code and phone number] # SEND

To cancel:        # 67 # SEND

 

No Answer Transfer *

To activate:     * 63 * [area code and phone number] # SEND

To cancel:        # 63 # SEND

3. TELUS Customers 

To Activate call forwarding:

Press the Star key (*) followed by 72.

Enter the area code and phone number you want your calls forwarded to and press

either the Send or Talk key (keys may vary depending on handset type).

 

To deactivate call forwarding:

Press the Star key (*) followed by 720 and press either the Send or Talk key (keys

may vary depending on handset type).

4. Bell Mobility Customers 

Activating Call Forwarding:Dial *92#

Enter the number where you want your calls forwarded. Dial 11 digits (1 + area code +

number).

Press SEND or the phone icon. A tone will confirm that the feature has been activated.

 

Deactivating Call Forwarding:Dial *920

Press SEND or the phone icon. A tone will confirm that the feature has been activated.

Please note with Telus service your calls will be transferred immediately without any rings.
